Standard Returns & Exchanges Policy

We really hope that you are very pleased with your order. However, if it doesn't quite meet your expectations or it’s not quite what you had in mind don’t worry, just send it back to us within 28 days and we’ll gladly refund or exchange it for you.

Please make sure to include your contact details and reason for return and pop it back to us. We recommend keeping a proof of postage for your records. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy, it can take up-to 7 days from the date of receipt. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please contact our friendly shop team on 01227 457723.

Of course, if you are in the area or if you live close by you are more than welcome to pop in store to exchange any of your unwanted goods in store. If you aren't able to find anything else you like (which we hope isn't the case!) we can also offer you a credit note to use in store and/or online.
Faulty Goods
We really hope your order arrives as you expect, however, in the event that products are faulty, we will cover the cost of the postage (up to £10 for UK and up to £20 for the Rest of the World) and either refund or exchange the products for you. If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility. Before returning any undamaged or non-faulty items to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please include any original packaging where possible. Please note that lengths of fabric that have been cut to specific sizes cannot be returned or exchanged. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on faulty or damaged goods for up to 30 days.
Order Cancellations / Amendments
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to cancel it, or amend it. If however, you do have any queries about your order please feel free to give us a call and we will do our very best to help.
